1. Back to the Future (1985-1990)

This popular movie series follows the time travel adventures of two friends, a high school student Marty McFly played by Michael J. Fox, and an eccentric scientist Doc played by Christopher Lloyd.
In the first movie, Marty, whose life is not great, is called by Doc to unveil and demonstrate a time machine built into a DeLorean. After activating the time machine, Marty is accidentally sent 30 years in past, into 1955. Now he must find his young parents and make sure they fall in love.
In the sequel, Marty McFly and Doc travel to 2015, but when they get back to 1985 they learn that the history is altered. Their nemesis Biff Tannen has used their time machine in the future, to make himself rich in the past. Now, they must go back to 1955 again to straighten things up.
The third and final part of the movie series continues the story from the previous movie. While stranded in 1955, Marty learns that he must go to 1885 so he can save his friend Doc who is stuck there and is about to be gunned down. The problem is getting back from 1885 into the future because there is no gasoline for the DeLorean. The two friends must improvise. An additional problem is that Doc falls in love with a woman from 1885.
2. Jurassic Park (1993-2001)

In the sequel and second installment of the movie series, the story is set four years after the events in the first movie. Hammond reveals to Dr. Ian Malcolm that there is another island with dinosaurs and the team led by Ian will be sent to study and document the animals. Hammond’s company InGen, which is not under his control, has also sent a team, but for a different reason. They want to transport some dinosaurs and bring them to the mainland. The two groups will confront each other, but once they lose their equipment they will realize that cooperation is necessary if they want to survive.
The third movie of the Jurassic Park series follows Dr. Alan Grant who is happy being far away from dinosaurs. Unfortunately, he is out of funds to research his next theory, and therefore he decides to accept the offer from a wealthy couple for an aerial tour over a now-isolated island with dinosaurs. What Dr. Grant doesn’t know is that the couple’s actual agenda is to save their son who is trapped on the island. Grant will also learn that species on the island have evolved and become much smarter, faster, and therefore more dangerous than ever.

4. Transformers (2007-2011)

Several alien robots of both factions are on Earth disguised as vehicles. They are searching for Allspark, an object they need to retrieve back to their home planet Cybertron. Sam and Mikaela (Megan Fox), the girl he likes, are on a mission to help Autobots.
In the sequel, the story continues two years after the events in the first movie. Sam is preparing for college and he is trying to leave the past behind. After he encounters a small AllSpark shard he starts to have strange visions of Cybertronian symbols. Now he is targeted by Decepticons who want to use him to destroy the Sun and all life on Earth. Sam, his parents, and his girlfriend Mikaela are all in danger and Optimus Prime and Bumblebee will be their protectors as they are again dragged into the Transformer’s war.
In the third and highest-grossing movie in the Transformers series (over $1.1 billion worldwide), Autobots and Decepticons are in the war for the lost piece of Cybertronian technology located on the Moon. Once again Sam needs to help his robot friends.
The last two movies in the series, Age of Extinction (2014) and The Last Knight (2017), are not available on Prime Video.
