List of All Fast and Furious Movies in Order (Plus Ranking and Box Office)

List of All Fast and Furious Movies in Order (Plus Ranking and Box Office): With the highly anticipated Fast & Furious 9 on the horizon (rescheduled for the first quarter of 2021), you might be considering a full Fast and Furious movie marathon. The question is, do you stick to the order of release (as often recommended) or is there a better sequence?

Unlike Star Wars, where release and chronological orders differ significantly, Fast and Furious largely align. However, there’s a notable exception – The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift (2006). It’s best to insert this one between Furious 6 (2013) and Fast & Furious 7 (2015). This adjustment makes sense due to Han’s peculiar resurrection, having met his end in Tokyo Drift but reappearing in Furious 6.

It’s astounding to think that the series kicked off nearly two decades ago in 2001 and still thrives today. The franchise evolved, shifting from illegal street racing in the first three movies to heist action filled with explosive and jaw-dropping stunts, Mission Impossible-style. It also introduced a slew of new characters, notably Dwayne Johnson, Gal Gadot, and Jason Statham, among others.

In addition to the 10 movies in The Fast Saga, you’ll find two short films and the Hobbs & Shaw spin-off to complete your action-packed viewing experience.

Anyway, here is the list of all Fast and Furious movies in order of release:
