List of All Spider-Man Movies in Order

List of All Spider-Man Movies in Order: If you’re looking to dive into the Spider-Man movie series but are uncertain about their order or connections, here’s a concise breakdown:

There are a total of seven Spider-Man movies, categorized into three distinct groups. The first comprises the Sam Raimi Spider-Man trilogy, spanning from 2002 to 2007, featuring Tobey Maguire. The second group includes two Marc Webb-directed Amazing Spider-Man films from 2012 to 2014, with Andrew Garfield as the lead. This marks a complete reboot of the Spider-Man series, standing independently from the previous films.

The last two entries are directed by Jon Watts: Spider-Man: Homecoming and Spider-Man: Far from Home, starring Tom Holland. These movies are integrated into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This represents the second reboot in the Spider-Man series and remains separate from the earlier renditions.

While Sony Pictures Entertainment holds the Spider-Man rights, the last two films are a result of a shared agreement, placing them within the Marvel Cinematic Universe as part of the Infinity Saga.

In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Spider-Man appears in three additional films (for a total of five): Captain America: Civil War (2016), Avengers: Infinity War (2018), and Avengers: Endgame (2019).

Collectively, these seven movies have amassed an impressive $6 billion at the global box office. Notably, Spider-Man: Far from Home is the first film in the Spider-Man franchise to exceed $1 billion in worldwide earnings, making it Sony’s highest-grossing production to date.
